The question from NAIF

As a starting, fast growing brand NAIF was investing most of its time in expanding their retail network, and needed more focus if it was to grow their online business equally fast. The question from NAIF was if we could supply the digital capabilities necessary to drive growth of the online sales.

The ‘joint venture’

We joined together in a true partnership, in which we translated NAIF’s strategy and goals into a digital strategy. We introduced a new way of working in which we structurally started improving the technology, testing new approaches and identifying opportunities for growth.

The results

The result is that revenues have multiplied and the trajectory for online sales has improved significantly.
